Upstate Roots Design is a local boutique design company that can help in the process of refreshing a property. This can be done through one of our packages, built to suit the individual needs of our customers.

Design MINI Refresh Package - $275.00 per room

This is our full online approach to offering design support. It starts with a design questionnaire, requested pictures and/or a video of the focused space and finishes with a 3d mood board providing you with the detailed visual of how we would curate the new look of the room.

Design Refresh Package - Starting at $399.00 per room

Our Refresh is our most popular package. This package is for the client that loves to shop and visually has a sense of what they like but struggles to pull it all together. This includes a 30-60 minute (depending on the number of rooms under review) in-home consultation. We walk through the designated spaces to understand our clients pain points, design goals, and preferred style approaches. In return, we provide two mood boards per room detailing each item selection we would make for the space and the approach to set up. One moodboard is an actual 3D visual of the room design and the other is an accessory moodboard focused on the different items we are suggesting you bring into the space. The mood boards are combined with a written design document describing the reason behind each selected item and how we created the overall aesthetic. This package may also include paint recommendations, if required. 

Design Redesign Package - package starting at $699.00 per room +

Our Redesign package is a step up from the Refresh. It is inclusive of all of the same steps in our Refresh but each selected item would come with a direct link. We source items based on our clients budgetary needs.
In addition, you have the option to add on URD sourcing the items for you through shopping hours and a full implementation of the space where we come in and create the look for an added cost.

Design Recreate Package - package priced based on independent project.

Our Recreate package is for a property or room that requires the need to be fully recreated. This is for our friends building a new home or reconstructing/renewing a space from ground up. This approach offers direction in creating the design outcome and offers hands-on support through the selection process of achieving that look. We lock arms with our clients from beginning to end. This package is built with a service fee plus an hourly rate for time invested into the project and is based on the size and scope of the project under consideration.
