I have loved working with Kristin & Meagan from Upstate Roots Design! My employer, Doud Apartment Homes, hired URD for the commercial design of our new Clubhouse. The space is still in its early design stages, but Kristin and Meagan have helped us to create such a clear vision of what we are going for with this massive space! Both Kristin & Meagan took the time to really listen to all of our ideas and they used their expertise to bring options to life via gorgeous vision boards and 3D renderings. These ladies really have such a beautiful eye for design and have been so professional and responsive every step of the way!
Additionally, we used URD to source and stage the furniture for our model apartment. You should see the positive reactions we get from our potential renters!! Overall, we are so pleased with how things are turning out and we have loved the entire process working with Upstate Roots!

The Upstate Roots Design team is fantastic. This is our second time using them and I can promise you they are the best around. They were originally referred to us by our realtor and from the first conversation i had with them i knew it was going to turn out amazing but didnt realize just how amazing.The first time we used them they took a very plain Jane split level farmhouse out in Albion look absolutely extravagant. It was a family members house who had passed away with a lot of memories in that house for my wife especially, the way it turned out made selling it much easier to bear for a very emotional time in our lives. The house had a whole new life to it incorporating simple touches everywhere that just brought it to a whole different level. Our second time using them when we were getting ready to sell our own house, I had no doubt about who I was going to call to get our house ready. They yet again exceeded any of my wildest expectations. Our house had a very unique layout that even us as the owners had trouble figuring out how to furnish the place after 5 years. They came in and 8 hours later they totally changed the house and brought what we thought was impossible to life. Make the house functional, extravagant, but yet not overbearing or packed full of furniture to make it seems like what it's not. Very minimalistic furniture and simple touches everywhere but yet making it seem so full and not minimalistic at all. My wife and I are very thankful for the team at Upsate Roots Design. We will recommend them every single chance we get. They are easy to communicate with, easy fast scheduling, thorough, very reasonably priced, and downright just a great group of people. Thank you again for everything. If we ever move again or need your services for anything in the future they will be our one and only call.

It was always my dad's dream to own several rental properties. That never worked out for him until I was an adult at an advanced stage in my career, and so we did it together.
