They give you different options for each piece so you have the opportunity to pick what speaks to you. I simply showed them some pictures of spaces that I was drawn to and they did the rest! It was always my dad's dream to own several rental properties. That never worked out for him until I was an adult at an advanced stage in my career, and so we did it together. Bought distressed properties, breathed new life into them, and provided homes for good working families.
